I apologize if anyone get's this message twice. I have been having computer problems and just wanted to make sure it got out.

We are still on for the reunion on Sunday. It starts at 12:00 noon on September 1st at Little Island Park in Sandbridge. We have pavilion #4 for the entire day. I will be bringing the lunches in around 11:00 and keeping them in coolers, so if you want to come earlier that is fine. Bring any beach toys and games you may have and pray for good weather!!

I will be staying with my sister, arriving tomorrow morning sometime and her number is 757-463-0911 if anyone needs to get ahold of me. My cell phone is 714-473-6003 and I will have that with me as well.

For those who will be around on Saturday night, I have made reservations the Duck In for 5:30 pm. Their address is Duck-In & Gazebo 3324 Shore Dr, Virginia Beach VA (757) 481-0201. I have asked for seperate checks for everyone so that we avoid the confusion of sorting everything out. I tried to get a later reservation, but they don't take them between 6:00 and 8:45 pm, especially on a holiday weekend.

Sandbridge (Virginia Beach)

This quiet, secluded, residential community is located on the southern edge of Virginia Beach.

Sandbridge is long and stretches to False Cape State Park. Near the entrance of False Cape, you'll find a public beach called Little Island Park. You'll find everything you need, including a playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a snack bar and a shaded picnic area.

To get there, take General Booth Boulevard south heading away from The Strip. At Nimmo United Methodist Church, make a left onto Princess Anne Road. Follow that to Sandbridge Road and make another left. At Sandfiddler Road, you've arrived.

Parking: Plenty at Little Island Park for a small fee

Lifeguards: On duty 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
